When complete, the 77-acre parcel will include 600 multifamily residences, 500,000 sf of retail, restaurants, entertainment, and 700,000 sf of Class 'A' office space along with a new tree-lined town center and Main Street, a restored, environmentally significant stream, walking trails, park and gazebos.
A logical market of 614,000, with average household incomes of $105,000, is anxiously awaiting the scheduled '08 opening. With a well-orchestrated mix of retail, restaurant, entertainment, office and residential, Worthington has hit the ground running.
