Projects

Westgate City Center, located in the booming West Valley of Metropolitan Phoenix, the driver for growth in Maricopa County - now the fastest growing region in the United States, goes well beyond the reach of traditional critical mass, mixed-use developments, in that it brings together the explosive metropolitan market in celebration of professional sports, major concerts, live performances, and a wide array of retail, restaurants and entertainment venues that act to redefine "destination" in the minds of this incredibly capable and fast-growing consumer group.
Phase I, opened in November 2006 and is a world-class, well planned urban district including over 280,000 square feet of retail, restaurants, and entertainment space along with over 230,000 square feet of Class-A Office Lofts. Phase I is anchored by the Jobing.com Arena, University of Phoenix Stadium, a 20-screen AMC Theatre, and, directly north is Cabela's, the world's foremost outdoor outfitter. The Events plaza links the front doors of the Jobing.com arena to Westgate and the $5 million water feature. The project is empowered by a collection of 32 electronic billboards; a provocative marketing tool for project tenants and world renowned brands. The 4-star, full-service, 320-room, 12-story Renaissance Hotel by Marriott is under construction and is attached to an 80,000 square foot Convention Center.
At build-out, Westgate City Center will feature:
Westgate City Center is the retail and entertainment destination for the state of Arizona. The Project hosts many local and national events including; Fiesta Bowl, BCS College Championships, Superbowl 2008, the AVP Pro Beach Volleyball Tour, and many more.
