Gallery Place is a venture of Western Development Corporation, The John Akridge Companies, ULICO, Mass Mutual, and pension fund advisor, Cornerstone Real Estate Advisors, Inc.

The McGarey Group is very pleased to have acted on the vision of industry icon, Herbert S. Miller, and his partners in the creation of the $240 million Gallery Place, considered by many to be the center-piece of Downtown Washington DC's epic revitalization.
